Comic Touch, from Plasq. This $2.99 app lets you transform your iPhone pics into mini-cartoons. You can add thought and talk bubbles, as well as add effects like smudging and bending and warping. After you've cartoonified your pics, you can upload your creations to Flickr or other photo sharing sites. It's a neat little app for picture takers looking to add a few fun touches to their photos. The company also makes a more robust comic book program for desktops that lets you create a full-blown comic with your photos. Geeks everywhere, rejoice.
