Converter Box Coupons Still Pending

This week, hundreds of TV stations are turning off their analog signals and going all digital. Yet, there are still many people who are waiting for their $40 coupons for digital converter boxes. Unfortunately they will likely wait at least several more weeks for the coupons to come through. The coupons are paid for by a fund that has reached its authorized limit. That's not to say none are going out. They are sending about 100,000 coupons a day since older coupons expire that were never used.
