This week, hundreds of TV stations are turning off their analog signals and going all digital. Yet, there are still many people who are waiting for their $40 coupons for digital converter boxes. Unfortunately they will likely wait at least several more weeks for the coupons to come through. The coupons are paid for by a fund that has reached its authorized limit.
