Political E-Mails Over the Top

OK, I'm ready for the election to be over, so my in-box can catch a break. I'm all for e-mail communication, so I signed up for an e-mail newsletter for one of the presidential candidates (doesn't matter which one). At first I was intrigued to find personalized e-mails in my inbox from some pretty heady folks - but after around six weeks of relentless bombardments of e-mail messages, asking for donations, stating positions and slandering other candidates, I've had enough. Logged on at 35,000 Feet

Well, it finally happened.  The Internet followed me onto an airplane. I took a flight from New York to San Francisco last week, and while sitting at the gate, I noticed a representative from a company called gogoinflight.com - offering internet service on the flight.  With some trepidation, I created a gogo account at the gate, gave them my credit card info, (only $12.95 for the entire flight) and waited to clear 10,000 feet to check it out.
