Did you know that Kodak founder George Eastman made up the name Kodak. He thought K was a strong letter and made up the rest to create one of the most well-known brands of our time. Nintendo's name on the other hand translates into English as "leave luck to heaven." The name actually made sense before Nintendo got into the video game business.
