Another Black Eye for JetBlue

I've always been a fan of JetBlue Airlines and will choose them nine times out of ten for all my business travel. Unfortunately a string of incidents on board their planes -- including several I've witnessed on my own of uncharacteristically rude service -- has given me pause.
